Our business, Forthcoming Group, is based in Sunderland and provides homeowners across the North East with property improvement services covering roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork. We were established in 2022 by Ryan Forth and two school friends, who brought together their knowledge of surveying, roofing, joinery, brickwork and landscaping. The company may have started in 2022, but the team itself has decades of hands-on trade experience. To date, we have completed over 500 projects throughout the North East, with our work including roof repairs, roof replacements, new driveways, patios, garden improvements, fencing, repointing and other brickwork work. We understand that homeowners want clear information, reliable communication and a properly prepared project, and these principles shape the way we deliver our services.

We create driveways that combine a well-finished appearance with practical everyday use. Homeowners can choose from block paving, resin bound, concrete and tarmac surfaces according to their property and requirements. Before starting work, we review the condition of the existing area and consider its intended use. Our approach helps ensure the chosen driveway remains suitable for regular use. 
Our brickwork service covers a range of work, from repairing damaged areas to improving the appearance and condition of existing brickwork. We undertake repairs, wall construction, chimney bracing, repointing, colour render and general brickwork improvements. Before beginning, we inspect the existing structure carefully. The findings allow us to determine the most appropriate repair, replacement or improvement. 
Our services provide practical roofing solutions for repairs, replacements and improvements. From minor repair and maintenance work to complete roof replacements, we also undertake flat roofing, chimney repairs and roofline work. We carefully evaluate every property before determining a suitable solution. In doing so, we ensure the proposed work takes account of both the condition and requirements of the roof.

They replaced a roof at my elderly parents house and the whole team made my elderly mam feel at ease and safe throughout the whole process - big thank you to all for this.
From first contacting them Ryan managed the whole process, Kayleigh and Beth provided excellent communication and then Joe and the team worked brilliantly replacing the roof (also constantly tidying up) whilst also ensuring first class customer service.

Danny and the team did a cracking job on our garden. The design came out exactly how we'd pictured it, which doesn't always happen, and the finish is spot on. Everything left clean and tidy at the end of each day, no mess, no fuss.

We recently had forthcoming roofing company replacing half of our roof.
They have been an exceptionally good company to work with, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend them. One of my pet peeves is lack of communication/transparency: not the case here - even though they are extremely busy, they made every possible effort to keep us informed every step of the way about where they are, whats happening next, and what to expect. They clearly know their trade inside out, they work well, quickly and tidily, and they cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the project.
More than anything, I wanted to mention that Ryan, the director, spent at least an hour and a half with me today, helping to prepare material for a related court case. He helped put together photos, videos, an expert report, and a very clear explanation sheet to help us present the issues in straightforward terms for the judge.
To be clear, I had already paid Forthcoming in full they absolutely did not need to do this, let alone spend so much time helping me. I genuinely appreciate the effort and support theyve given us.

First class service from begining to end, what was thought to be an easy job turned a lot more complex thanks to a previous roofer form another "big company" who must have came from a rodeo but ryan and his team did the job properly not just a quick patch up job.walked me through the whole process with photos to show the previous "work" and the repairs they carried out, pricing was more than competitive with other companies and wouldnt use anyone else now just for peace of mind knowing the job was dine properly...thanks ryan and team!!

It's very difficult to comment on quality of work completed as I have very little knowledge when it comes to such things!, that said the new roof looks very solid and there are no leaks whilst they have done an excellent job of an extensive repointing job of the chimney stack. Inevitably, there were a few smashed tiles on the lower floor due to items falling whilst work was being completed but they were promptly replaced. A few delays over start and finish times which was understandable considering weather and the company kept me informed.

Ryan, Joe and team did an excellent job from start to finish. Initially troubleshooting what I thought a minor problem, they were able to define a bigger roof replacement project with a timescale that suited me , at a reasonable price.
