This site was on soft sand which made for a quick dig and pour of concrete for foundations.
Opting for a traditional concrete oversite to save cost on this large home.
Additional support foundations for the concrete slab pour was necessary to support the oversite on this soft ground, with plenty of good access a traditional oversite didn't take much longer but saved a chunk of budget.
